Physiotherapy isn't just for adults – we care for children too!

Young athletes aren't just smaller versions of adults; they grow and develop in unique ways. Our goal is to support your child’s physical development and performance at every stage while also helping them recover from sports injuries.

Sports Physiotherapy:

Treating sports injuries such as sprains, strains, and joint issues while focusing on injury prevention

Post-Injury Rehabilitation:

Comprehensive rehabilitation programs to help children recover from injuries and return to their favorite activities

Pain Management:

Addressing and managing chronic pain, including back pain and growing pains, with targeted treatments

Whether your child is an aspiring athlete or simply growing through the physical changes of childhood, paediatric physiotherapy ensures that they develop strong, healthy, and functional bodies.

Pediatric Physiotherapy is a specialised field focused on improving a child’s movement abilities through techniques such as movement training, strengthening, exercise, stretching, intensive therapy programs, adapted equipment, motor learning, play, and education. This approach is designed to support the physical development and rehabilitation of infants, children, and adolescents, addressing conditions ranging from developmental delays to sports injuries.

At Back on Track Sports Physiotherapy, we take pride in offering a friendly and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and confident in their treatment. Sophie’s approach is engaging and compassionate, helping children understand their bodies and empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
