  • What is Women’s Health Physiotherapy, and who is it for?

Women’s Health Physiotherapy focuses on conditions specific to women at all stages of life, including pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, incontinence, and menopause-related changes. Our experienced physiotherapists provide tailored treatment, including pelvic floor rehabilitation, pain management, and postnatal recovery programs to support women’s overall well-being.

  • Can physiotherapy help with sports performance and injury prevention?

Absolutely! Sports physiotherapy not only helps with recovery from injuries but also plays a crucial role in enhancing performance and injury prevention. Our physiotherapists assess movement patterns, running gait analysis, identify potential risks, and provide tailored warm-up strategies, strength training, flexibility exercises, and sports-specific retraining to optimise biomechanics and improve overall conditioning. By addressing muscle imbalances, refining technique, and promoting efficient movement, we help athletes of all levels perform at their best while reducing injury risk.

  • Do you treat children and adolescents?

Yes! We provide specialised paediatric physiotherapy for children and adolescents, focusing on developmental support, sports injury management, and posture correction. Our experienced physiotherapists work with young athletes to ensure they develop safely, recover from injuries effectively, and improve movement patterns for long-term health.

We offer treatment for a range of paediatric conditions, including:

    • Growth-related conditions such as Sever’s disease and Osgood-Schlatter disease
    • Postural concerns, scoliosis, and muscular imbalances
    • Sports injuries, including sprains, strains, and overuse conditions
    • Neuromuscular conditions affecting coordination and motor skills
    • Rehabilitation post-fracture or surgery
    • Strength and conditioning programs tailored for young athletes

Our approach is gentle, evidence-based, and tailored to each child’s unique needs to help them move confidently and pain-free.
