How does dry needling work?

Our qualified physiotherapists use dry needling to target muscle trigger points with fine needles. This technique stimulates the muscles to release tension, reduce pain, and improve blood circulation. It enhances the body's natural healing process, making it a highly effective solution for muscle-related conditions and injuries.

The therapy typically lasts around 3-10 minutes per area treated. You may notice some immediate relief, while others may require 2-3 sessions to experience significant improvements.
